Be Instructed by The Best!
All campers will be instructed by Coach Ronda Shirley and members of the Volleyball team.
Setting
Setting camp covers many aspects of setting including court awareness, footwork, hand positioning, release, location and dumping. In addition to smart strategy, you will learn to quick set and set against the flow.
Hitting & Blocking
Hitting camp covers proper transitioning, approach and arm swing. Additionally, you will learn smart shot selection and how to hit and tip to specified areas that will help you become a successful and unpredictable hitter.
Serving & Passing
This camp will help you develop consistent, accurate serves. You will learn different types of serves and how to serve to zones. It also covers passing progressions and drills that will help you become a reliable passer. A quick offense starts with accurate passing!
Digging & Floor Defense
This camp will cover all aspects of blocking including form, footwork, timing and transitioning. It will also go through digging progressions and defensive drills that will help you better understand both perimeter and rotation defense.
